There are so many reasons why I love shooting downtown – just so much color and texture to adore:) Meet the W. family, who’s mini was the first I ran this year – my poor saturdays 
the weather stunk (except for the hour that I would have had them, but who’da known – of course. I’m so excited for these this year and I know those of you who snatched up a spot are, too.
Isn’t little Mister just a super handsome guy? He lost his two front teeth this summer and had no problem showing them off to me!

Tonight, thanks to the cruddy weather I have to reschedule my session with the M. family – I’m really bumming about that one. This was to be a fun CHEMO-FREE session celebration for little B. and his family (scheduled through kcc – check them out at www.kidscancercrusade.org !) full of new, fresh, happy memories. I think a dreary day not only rained (no pun intended) on my desires to capture great images, but the occasion calls for some sunshine, I believe!
Also, please do not forget that as September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month – and while it may be coming to a close, please root on for a cure!
